Senior Test Analyst / Senior Test Architect - Embedded, C++, Automation
A Senior Test Analyst / Senior Test Architect is required by my client in Berlin for a contract role. This will be a great opportunity to join a thriving company with lots of progression for your career in the consumer electronics space.
The successful Senior Test Analyst / Senior Test Architect will be expected to hold a full Driving License and ability to drive in Berlin as some of the testing will be done away from site.
You will have strong experience of working with the following skills in ordered to be considered for this role.
-Extensive experience in software development and test automation in a commercial environment.
-Strong experience in architecting test automation frameworks and applications for testability.
-Extensive knowledge of testing C & C++ based embedded products.
-Fluency in C++ using templates, abstractions, efficient resource handling.
-Solid knowledge in Linux, scripting and Java.
-Extensive knowledge of testing methods, practices, tools and test automation.
-Proven experience of delivery of test frameworks and suites. Experience in the navigation domain is a plus.
-Strong proven experience in embedded software test architecture in mobile operating systems.
-Experiences writing black box and designing tests to mitigate risks and helping business experts to define requirements
-Tester qualification (e.g. ISTQB) is a plus.
-Experience with relational databases will be a plus
This contract should run into the end of the year but may go beyond that point.
