Due to continued growth and product development, this fast paced broadcast technology company in the Berkshire area is now looking for a Software Design Engineer to join their R & D team working on specialist product design.
As Software Design Engineer you'll be working on video and audio products for the broadcast industry coding primarily in C++. You'll be responsible for design, implementation, testing and documentation. The role will also include integrating software and hardware so experience of embedded real-time operating systems would be of benefit. You'll be a motivated self-starter and enjoy working on different projects in a team environment. You will be provided full training on the company's existing product lines and be encouraged to be innovative in your design approach.
To be considered for the role of Software Design Engineer you will be qualified to degree level or equivalent in a relevant engineering subject e.g. Computer Science, Software/Electronic engineering etc. and have relevant/hands on industry experience.
