Our client is an established semiconductor developer for the communication industry and currently seek an RF IC Design Engineer for their design centre in the UK.
You will be working as part of an established RF IC Design team designing RF circuit blocks (i.e. LNA, mixers, baseband circuits).
The successful RF IC Design engineer with have experience in RF and Mixed Signal IC Design in sub-micron BiCMOS and CMOS processes, designing circuits such as LNAs, Mixers, VCOs, and synthesisers as well as experience in Mixed Signal IC Design for Analogue Filters, Bandgaps, Op-amps, Sigma-Delta ADCs and DACs. Knowledge of RF systems an advantage.
