About the position:
You will develop and support analog / mixed-signal circuits in advanced CMOS technology for integration in system-on-chip products for Broadcom products. This involves module specifications definition, architecture / circuit design and implementation, physical mask layout, verification, bench testing / characterization and support for volume production.
Requirements
• PhD / Master / Bachelor in Electronic Engineering majoring in Analog IC Design with 4 years of relevant working experience
• Expertise and experience in the development of analog IPs for Power Management including Linear Regulators, Switching Regulators, Battery Chargers, Voltage References, Temperature sensors etc.
• Skilled in using IC design CAD tools for simulation and layout.
• Experience and skilled in prototype lab testing, characterization and troubleshooting
