Summary

My client is a leading provider of Semiconductor manufacturing services. Due to increasing customer demand, they are looking for a Project Leader for their Manufacturing Diffusion Equipment, with a specialisation in their Epitaxy module. The focus of this position will be Productivity Optimization for the Diffusion group. The goal is to strive towards constantly increasing productivity, while simultaneously increasing the ratio of variable cost versus fixed cost and decrease the Break Even utilization point. Your role will include a range of Project management tasks with focus on productivity improvement for Diffusion Epi Equipment and communication of key project markers to executive level management.

Essential Requirements

• Strong experience in semiconductor industry, especially in the field of Diffusion Equipment (Epitaxy equipment would be a bonus)
• Broad knowledge in the area of Project Management and people management
• You have the ability to negotiate fluently in German and English as well as being able to express your own opinions to the upper Management
