An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding data storage, London based start-up. My client is looking for a Linux software test engineer to join their Infrastructure & QA team responsible for designing, building and operating their engineering infrastructure. The role will involve taking ownership for development and testing of their build and test systems, performance testing suite and other tools.

The successful applicant will hold strong academics (degree in Computer Science or similar) and:
* Experience programming with Java, C, Python, Perl, Bash or OCaml
* A good understanding of data structure design and concurrency
* Familiarity using and administering Linux environments, including shell scripting
* Prior experience with automated testing and QA processes is desirable
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with people of varying levels of technical expertise
