Analog IC Design Engineer - CMOS, RFIC - Contract - Germany
A well established Semiconductor design house is currently looking to further expand their Analog RFIC team to focus on the development of analog and mixed signal circuits for battery operated and field powered applications in consumer, automotive and industrial areas
Successful applicants will working with next generation product development and will be responsible for
- Critical analysis and definition of cell architectures
- Detailed transistor level design and simulation
- Layout of critical blocks, and supervision of full receiver system layout
- Preparation of test specifications and assitance with cell characterisation
Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years experience in the field of analogue IC design
- A speciality in one or more of the following fields is highly desirable (phase-locked loops, integrated analogue filters, high-speed amplifiers, Data converters, RFIC layout)
- Experience in system level design, analysis and modelling is desirable
- Experience of sub-micron CMOS technology is essential
