A world leading organisation in marine technology is looking for a Test Engineer to join the product R&D team at their site south of Bath. This company develops radio based tracking and identification technologies based on AIS standards.

The successful test engineer will be joining a medium sized team of engineers consisting of mechanical, software, hardware and test engineers. This role will report to the Development Manager. The role will include the complete testing, documentation, analysis and approval of their products to ensure they meet AIS and environmental standards.

As a test engineer you'll be required to work autonomously and within the team to test and analyse their products in harsh environments and report back to the development manager. You'll be working closely with the R&D team plus product management. This organisation is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic test engineer who wants to work on advanced technologies in the marine industry.
Test Engineer Technical Skills:
*Manual Electronic Testing
*Analogue/Digital Electronics
*Embedded Software
*Testing, Validation & Verification (Software & Hardware)
*Experience in RF, EMC
*Labview would be advantageous
