Senior Epitaxy GaN LED Engineer - Germany

Our international client is currently looking for a Senior Epitaxy Engineer to be responsible for optimizing process development for GaN on silicon growth projects. The role will involve process improvement and providing parameters for cost reduction, quality and yield improvement. Working with specific customer epitaxy requirements will be required.

Required experience will be as follows,

-Strong III-V / epitaxy process/product development experience
-Knowledge of LED / RF devices
-Previous experience of working within a semiconductor manufacturing facility
-Excellent communication skills
-PhD/ Degree in Electronics, Physics or related discipline
