With huge and exciting growth plans forecast for the coming year, our global microchip client seeks a number of experienced ASIC Verification Engineers to join their IP development team delivering the smoothest 2D and 3D graphics technology the world has seen to date.
The company is investing huge amounts into the creation of high performance, low power Graphics Processors. The successful Verification Engineer will be responsible for the verification phase of complex graphics hardware IP, using state of the art verification tools, techniques and methodologies. As senior engineer you will make a strong contribution to the definition and implementation of verification strategies, in addition to creating and reviewing test plans, and leading small project teams whilst ensuring the best verification quality.
The successful candidate will be an ASIC Verification specialist with:
*A detailed understanding of the latest verification strategies required for complex IP, (including constrained random, coverage driven and assertion-based techniques
*Experience of architecting and implementing verification solutions
*Testbench development experience using verification languages such as SystemVerilog, Specman, Vera, SystemC
*A motivated work ethic, and strong team spirit
*Excellent communication skills in English
*Experience or a keen interest in 2D and 3D graphics is highly desirable
