An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Marketing person to help drive business for a key product line. Technically strong, it is expected you will have significant experience of demodulation-based solutions probably gained from within the wireless connectivity, broadcast TV or radio arenas. In addition you should have a good understanding of demodulation algorithms and architectures, digital signal processing/ DSPs, performance characterisation and standardisation processes.
You should have a thorough understanding of the semiconductor value chain and also some exposure of the IP licensing process. You should be able to communicate with both technical and non-technical groups, have strong interpersonal skills and be self-aware and intuitive. This role will require some global travel.
You will be responsible for role developing long-term customer/partner relationships and achieving the product line's annual sales budget, with support from internal customer engineering, sales and IP product groups. You will track standardisation activities, deployments and field trials globally and also help drive the product life cycle, including new product definition. You will also network and present at relevant exhibitions, conferences and industry forums.
This is a high profile role for a key product line with a client that has shown consistent and impressive revenue growth over the last decade.
