We constantly strive for scientific excellence as we develop effective therapeutic options where previously there were none. As the world’s largest biopharmaceutical company and the number one supplier of in-vitro diagnostics we employ over 80,000 people and sell our products in over 150 countries.

Our six Customer Support Centre hubs across EMEA are committed to delivering best in class  customer service support to countries throughout their regions. This is an exciting and fundamental innovation for Roche Services and, as our UK team expands, we are looking for bilingual Support Specialists to join us.

That means working with our Scandinavian customers to address their technical queries whilst supporting their diagnostic laboratories and hospitals. Handling the full spectrum of technical product enquiries, you’ll see problems from initial phone call through to resolution; liaising with customers, our field force and our global divisions to drive results and provide workable, sustainable solutions for complex support cases. All while delivering a first-class customer service.

Who we’re looking for
In addition to a degree-level qualification in Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Life Sciences, the ideal candidate will have medical or technical work experience and the accompanying familiarity with diagnostic analysis systems and quality assurance. This role also demands fluency in both written and spoken English and at least one Nordic language (Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish or Danish). Team-orientated, customer-focused and possessed with excellent communication skills, you will show a proven ability to deliver under pressure and an interest in working with a global organisation driven by innovation.
