Further information

We are seeking an RF Test & Validation Engineer with some exposure to RF Design -or a desire to get involved with RF Design work rather than purely RF Test. You will join the development team of an organisation designing sophisticated 'professional' wireless communications products. The principal role of the RF Engineer/RF Test & Validation Engineer will be conducting VV&T procedures on the products during the development phase, but there will also be opportunities to get involved in actual RF design work. This position would therefore suit an RF Test Engineer with some exposure to RF Electronics Design work -or possibly someone who has done the RF theory and would now like to put it into practice.

Role:

You will be working within the development team as a RF Engineer testing and validating the array of wireless products. You will also get involved in some RF Design work. The products encompass a wide range of RF technologies such as RF, Zigbee, Bluetooth, baseband, 2G, GSM/3G, 4G, LTE, PMR/LMR, DVB-H, TETRA, Wi-Fi, WiMAX, RFID, etc

The Ideal Candidate:

You will need;

  • HND/HNC or Degree qualified in a relevant subject.
  • A strong background in RF Test and Validation.
  • RF Design experience beneficial.
  • Good attention to detail

Location: South Cambridge / Hertfordshire (Commutable from Cambridge, Stevenage, Huntington, St Neots, North London, etc)

Salary: £30k-£42k - depending upon experience
