Application Support Engineer - Fantastic Opportunity - London

Application Support Engineer wanted for highly successful e-commerce company for challenging and rewarding role based in Central London. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to build a first line support team. You will have 1 year + or be a strong graduate in a relevant degree (computer science, computer engineering) and be passionate about working in application support.

You will be comfortable working with a .NET framework (C# and VB.NET), be experienced with Windows 2008 Servers, SQL Server or T-SQL and also with VMWare or vSphere 4.1/5. As a potential successful candidate it is also essential that you have strong experience with network and infrastructure issues; in particularly with TCP/IP networking, configuration and protocols.

You will have strong problem solving skills with a ‘think on your feet` attitude, whilst also being able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
