Our semiconductor client is renowned for engineering excellence in the power management field across the globe. Due to robust business growth and increased revenue, they now seek a Digital IC Verification Engineer to join their expanding design team in Limerick, Ireland.
Working as a member of a team of engineers, the successful applicant will be involved in the development of innovative mixed-signal products for power management applications. Your responsibilities will include the verification of digital circuits and embedded microcontroller systems, definition of verification plans, development of test bench and verification components and the implementation of test scenarios at system and module level.
The ideal candidate will have experience of the following;
*Programming languages: assembler or C/C++
*Hardware verification languages (SystemVerilog), SystemVerilog Assertion (SVA) and Open Verification Methodology (OVM)
*Design Verification at all stages, including simulation and timing analysis
*VHDL, Verilog, and knowledge of mixed signal design verification techniques
Power management experience would be beneficial but is not essential. You will be collaborating with a young and highly motivated team of system architects, digital and analog designers, application and test engineers, so effective problem solving, communication and team working skills are essential, as well as a 1st or 2:1 in a relevant degree.
