Due to expansion they currently require a Project Manager to join their expanding team.
Your role will be to develop and lead project plans to ensure that the company meet the commercial expectations in relation to project adherence, achievement of technical requirements, product and service delivery and financial performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
*To develop project plans to ensure that as a Company we meet the customer's contractual expectations
*To regularly review progress made against agreed project plans to ensure that we meet our customer contractual expectations.
*Where there is adverse variances in relation to performance against a specific project plan this job holder should consult with appropriate parties, gain consensus and then implement corrective actions to achieve, where possible, adherence to the original schedule.
*In the situation where customer expectations are not being met then the job holder should be able to liaise & inform the customer in relation to expected changes, constantly liaising and agreeing a plan of action with all appropriate company stakeholders (engineering, sales, operations, finance, legal).
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
*Preferably Prince 2 qualified.
*2 years experience of dealing & working within an international work environment.
*2 years experience of working within a manufacturing sector.
*Engineering background preferably any of the following: Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Instrumentation.
Prince 2 is not a must have.
