Hardware Design Engineer - Immediate start

A world leading organisation in marine technology is looking for a hardware design engineer to join the product R&D team at their site south of Bath. This company develops radio based tracking and identification technologies based on AIS standards.

The successful hardware design engineer will be joining a medium sized team of engineers consisting of mechanical, software, hardware and test engineers. This role will report to the Development Manager plus a senior member of the team who will provide support and technical knowledge to progress your career.

As a hardware design engineer, you'll be responsible for full product lifecycle development of medium to high volume products that will go through to manufacturing. This organisation is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic hardware design engineer who can work autonomously but also interact with the team. You'll be developing, verifying and testing analogue and digital hardware specifications to meet customer requirements.

Hardware Design Engineer Technical Skills:

*Analogue/Digital Electronics Design
*Schematic Capture
*PCB Design & Layout
*Microcontroller/Microprocessor Design (ARM)
*EMC Design & Test Compliance
