Opportunity for a FPGA Design Engineer with skills in VHDL / Verilog, Xilinx FPGAs.

Based in Cambridge, the successful FPGA Design Engineer will work within a world-class mobile systems group and be closely involved in the IC design process. Working directly with the ASIC Designers, you will develop complex hardware platforms for chip verification and software development. You will gain experience in a range of fields, from board level hardware development, FPGA system development containing RTL for ASICs, and hardware / software debug.

The successful candidate must have a strong academic background (BSc/MSc minimum) in Electronic Engineering or similar field, and have some proven FPGA design experience. VHDL/Verilog skills are essential. Experience in any of the following is advantageous:
*Xilinx FPGAs
*Software/firmware development using C
*High speed digital design and / or PCB design
