Based in a superb location in Germany and operating across the Globe, my client is actively seeking new team leaders to capitalise on extraordinary growth within the Automotive sector.

The position encompasses the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Functional lead on software development projects
  • Planning and monitoring of the software engineering activities and teams
  • Technical coordination with the customer and other R&D departments (intra-site and international cooperation)
  • Responsibility for software project management and supporting processes according to Automotive SPiCE

We are looking for engineers who have the following skills and experience;

  • In-depth experience in the field of embedded software development; ideally in the automotive environment
  • Experience in project planning and track record of delivering to deadline and budget.
  • Significant experience in software engineering processes (Automotive SPiCE / CMMI)
