Manage and lead multiple electro-mechanical and mechanical projects
Lead, develop and manage the mechanical – electro mechanical intefaces
Definition of mechanical architecture
Essential Experience
Demonstrable mechanical design expertise, housing, packaging, chassis, precision devices
Manage external and office based design activities
Great team player, leaderships qualities are a must
Thermal design and management
Static Analysis
Dynamic Analysis
Testing
Taking designs through full development lifecycle and into manufacture and small to medium production runs
This is a highly visible position and requires interaction on multiple levels from the R&D bench through to VP level decision makers and external clients throughout the UK and occasionally internationally.
