DSP design engineer sought by my client expanding the DSP development team at their UK R&D centre. They offer intellectual property (IP) for communication and multimedia signal processing in the form of proven DSP software packages and hardware accelerators. Their IP is used worldwide in cordless phones, digital radio/audio systems and mobile phones.


They are looking for candidates with DSP skills in the communications sector and:
- DSP development for communication systems such as Broadcast Receivers (DVB), OFDM, 3GPP, WiMax, WCDMA, etc
- knowledge of DSP techniques for Equalisation, Demodulation and Error Correction

- Physical layer (PHY / L1) development of DSP algorithms or software
- Matlab

- C and Assembler.
