Graduate Graphics/Video Research Engineer - Hertfordshire - C++
A skilled Graduate Research Engineer with excellent problem solving abilities and maths skills (C++) is sought for a challenging and varied role working on the development of new ideas and technologies that feed into my client's development groups.
In this role you will become part of the team responsible for the development and improvement of my client's market-leading graphics, video and image processing technologies. You will be responsible for; researching algorithms and architectures for graphics, video and image processing, architectural performance evaluation, and writing white papers and patents on new algorithms and architectures.
You will also have the opportunity to work with the hardware, simulator and software teams to ensure architectures meet requirements, and apply innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate will;
*Have strong C++ skills
*Have good problem solving abilities and maths skills
*The ability to demonstrate an understanding of graphics, image and video processing techniques
Great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach are essential for this role, as you will be working within a small specialised team, as well as liaising with other teams in the company.
