Large Defence engineering company is seeking Sub Contract Programme managers. The roles will suit candidates with experience of delivering complex, high value critical components and services. You'll have a proven track record of delivering high value complex contracts and leading a multi functional product team whilst being responsible for delivering to cost, schedule and quality performance. You will be involved from the outset of a business case, from proposal, to negotiating costs and execution.
You'll have proven experience of sub contract management of complex projects, ideally within the defence sector. You'll be able to develop and deliver a strategy, understand the process and be very organised. You'll be able to liaise at all levels and be confident in front of key stakeholders.
