Unique opportunity for a Senior Digital IC Design Engineer with leading Semiconductor firm, based in attractive Austria location. Digital, ASIC, full-custom design.
A Senior Digital IC Design expert is sought by a world-wide Semiconductor organisation based in Austria. The position is a high profile technical role within the R&D team and will involve driving the design process of sensor and automotive digital ICs, taking responsibility for R&D projects, supervising the IC team and ensuring timely tape out and sign off.
The successful candidate will be a highly experienced engineer in the field of Digital IC Design, equipped with the following:
*A Master degree or equivalent in Microelectronics-related discipline
*Established work experience in digital design (full-custom and semi-custom design).
*Strong experience in logic simulation, RTL-coding, mixed-signal simulation
*Familiarity with ESD protection devices and I/O-structures.
*Basic knowledge of analog circuit design and simulation
*Experience of the Cadence toolsuite
*Fluent language skills in English are essential, German would be a bonus.
