Our client is currently searching for a Semiconductor Device Engineer to work with Non Volatile Memory (NVM) products. The role will involve developing, characterising and qualifying NVM products within CMOS technologies. Collaborating with designers, process and product engineers will be a critical part of the role as well as generating new device designs for further product development.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications;
-Strong semiconductor device physics knowledge
-Excellent understanding of NVM technology
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different departments
-BSc Degree in engineering, physics, or equivalent
