The successful control systems design engineer will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining FADEC and other similar safety critical systems. This role is critical to the business and can be seen as a senior position working closely with the Engineering Manager.

You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle design of safety critical systems in the aerospace sector. As well as being involved technically, the role will require this engineer to take a technical lead on projects and supervise other engineers. You'll be require to liaise with customers on a day to day basis to meet their detailed specifications.
Control Systems Design Engineer Technical Skills:
*C/C++/Ada/Fortran programming
*Matlab/Simulink
*Experience of Safety Critical Systems
*FADEC Systems test, verification and validation
*Control Algorithm Development
