Exciting opportunity for an industry experienced Northern Based Business Development Manager to join a Global Electronic Component Distributor.

Due to our clients continued sales growth and expansion we now require an outstanding field based individual, who will identify and developing new and profitable business in line with the company's sales growth objectives.

You will be working with the Sales, Purchasing and Operational teams within the business to deliver competitive and high performance solutions to an established and developing customer base.

We invite applications from industry experienced business development professionals who will thrive in a pressurised sales and service driven environment. You will have a current and proven track record in Business Development gained within the Electronic Component Distribution market sector, outstanding knowledge of the electronic distribution market, customer base and key semiconductor supplier product offerings.

Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively communicate and influence internal and external relationships and to confidently negotiate at senior level.

You will enjoy working within an empowered team environment where success is rewarded and enjoy building and developing new business opportunities.

This is a field based position and candidates will be ideally based in the North West or North East UK.
