DSP Team Leader

I require a highly skilled / motivated individual to take lead responsibility for our DSP team, specifically:
*Assist in driving the company's roadmap through product development and implementation
*Development of DSP software for VLIW-SIMD architectures
*Design and development of physical layer algorithms for LTE and 3G standards
*Management of a small team (5 - 10 engineers) including contractors and remote-site workers

Required Skills
*9+ years (or equivalent) DSP algorithms experience, (including design and implementation)
*Matlab algorithm design
*Embedded C/C++ programming
*A good understanding of wireless and base station receiver algorithms
*Ability to create end-to-end simulation models
*Real-time Software Engineering principles
*Understanding of mobile communications hardware environments and constraints. Familiarity with DSP code optimization for power, size and performance
*Familiarity with software development tools (IDE compilers, debuggers, target trace)
*Evidence of technical team management
*Experience of project management and working to tight deadlines in a Hardware/Software co-design environment
*Knowledge of Software Engineering methodologies (Specification, Design, Coding, Test)
