Summary
Our client is a world-leading supplier of Silicon Intellectual Property (SIP) and IC Design Services and they are seeking a Test & product Engineer to be based in Munich.
Essential Requirements
. Experience in inferfacing with DfT and design team for DfT & DfA
. Extensive experience in Test Program Development , qualification, production test , silicon validation (electrical parameters)
. Experience in interfacing to fab/foundry issues (FEOL/BEOL)
