Summary

My client is a leading manufacturer in the Electronics Industry and is looking to add to their Process Engineering teams across a number of different Modules.

This position is for Process Engineers to be part of the latest technology development group in all the different Modules (Etch, Diffusion/Implant, Chemical Mechanical Polishing, Thin Films, Contamination Free Manufacturing, C4, Photolithography etc.).

You will work in a multicultural team of engineers, technicians and scientists in developing advance process steps to support new technology introduction, leading through to early product prototyping. You will work closely with the manufacturing organization and will help transitioning this advance technology to full manufacturing.

Essential Requirements

. Diploma or Master Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or other relevant discipline is required, advanced degree (Ph.D.) preferred
. Several years of experience in the semiconductor industry or other industry-related fields, experience in advanced technology is preferred in a field such as Etch, Diffusion/Implant, Chemical Mechanical Polishing, Thin Films, Contamination Free Manufacturing, C4, Photolithography etc.
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as in multicultural cross functional teams
