Cambridge based client seeks a Senior CAD/EDA/IT Engineer, key skills to include EDA, PDK, IT, Cadence, Unix, Linux and Shell scripting, SKILL, pCell generation, OCEAN, Perl, Python, Tcl/Tk.
Our client is a successful and expanding start up company who currently seek a Senior CAD/IT Engineer for their site in Cambridge.
In this position you will be responsible for the following tasks; supporting the IC Design environment, installing and maintaining Cadence EDA tool flows and IT tools, EDA / IT Tools Licence maintenance, maintaining the Server installation, PDK installation and maintenance and maintenance of scripts for routine operations.
The successful Senior CAD/IT Engineer will be industry degree qualified (or equivalent), have excellent working knowledge in installing and maintaining Cadence EDA tools and IT support tools, Unix, Linux and Shell scripting and Linux Server support (hardware configuration). In addition the ideal applicant will have skills in IT. Experience is also required in programming and scripting languages: e.g. SKILL, pCell generation, OCEAN, Perl, Python, Tcl/Tk
