Design Manager Digital lC - Austria

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a design team developing ICs for automotive systems.

As the Design Manager, you will lead a digital SOC design team of 10 people, consisting of front-end and backend design engineers as well as firmware designers, engaged in the development of integrated circuits in automotive systems (airbag, vehicle stability and engine management applications).

You will lead, and develop, your team in the areas of SOC design from feasibility study, through RTL design, synthesis, STA, DFT and functional verification and pre- and post- silicon validation, and be the primary interface to other organisational functions within the company for your team. Previous team leadership experience and command of English and German language preferred.
