We are searching for a Power MOSFET Technology Development Engineer with the following key skills: IC, semiconductor, MOSFET, power, R&D, device, process, engineer, Halbleiter, analysis, diode, transistor, jobs, Austria

Our international client is now searching for a Power MOSFET Technology Development Engineer to be responsible for developing new transistor cell concepts, process flows and integrating process modules. The role will involve evaluating process experiments including DoEs and the co-ordination of physical analysis.

Required skills for the Power MOSFET Technology Development Engineer will include the following;

-Strong semiconductor process experience
-Excellent semiconductor manufacturing background
-Device physics and MOSFET knowledge
-Strong communication skills (English German)
-BSc in Physics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
