Start up company based in Dublin, Ireland seeks a Senior RF IC Design - Team Leader. Key Skills; RF CMOS design, low power circuits, RF layouts, RF front end blocks (Switch, DA, LNA, Up-convert mixer, down convert mixer) and/or Synthesiser blocks (VCOs).
An opportunity for an experienced Senior RF IC Design team leader has arisen with an exciting start up company based in Dublin, Ireland.
In this role as a technical RF IC Design leader, your responsibilities will include managing the team's resources, mentoring more junior engineers, reporting team progress against project timelines and providing accurate documentation. You will be participating in day to day planning and operation of the analog team, feasibility analysis, specification preparation and review.
On the technical side you will be responsible for specifications, architectures, RF IC Design, implementation and test for analog functions and carrying out critical RF layouts.
Experience is required in RF CMOS design, low power circuit design techniques for wideband radio and experience in the 3Ghz-10Ghz range, RF front end blocks (Switch, DA, LNA, Up-convert mixer, down convert mixer) and/or Synthesiser blocks (VCOs', Prescalars). The successful RF IC Design team leader will have strong CAD tool experience and a proven RFCMOS track record in volume production.
Excellent communications skills and ability to work on own initiative to come up with innovative solutions is imperative.
