This is a superb opportunity for a hard working and talented RF Development Engineer with a strong academic background to progress their career in the mobile communications sector.

Our client, based in Bristol requires an RF Development Engineer to help expand their world-class hardware engineering team so they can continue to create outstanding next-generation computing products.

The focus of the role will be to develop current leading edge designs; integrating multiple radio standards while ensuring support by testing, debugging, writing specifications and supplier road-maps. You will work as part of a team of engineers to produce test methodologies and requirements to refine hardware architecture on a range of platforms.

Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a back ground in RF Reference Design and solid experience in the mobile radio communication standards. Previous exposure to LTE, 3G, 2G, GSM and any of the following systems are essential(Wi-Fi, FM, NFC, Bluetooth and GPS). Integrating and problem solving RF systems using RF Test, RF Simulation and Design Packages e.g. ADS and Microwave Office is crucial.
