We are looking for an Operations / Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join the Operations Division of leading engineering company. You will be responsible for a team of Manufacturing and Industrial Engineers across a diverse range of manufacturing programs within the defence sector.
You will manage the design manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining and material handling. You'll also be responsible for leading and driving a team of manufacturing engineers.
You'll have gained experience in a similar role from the defence/aerospace sector with mechanical, electronic engineering. You'll be technically biased and have experience in Design for Manufacture & Assembly (DFM), New Product Introduction and applicable Manufacturing Technologies.
