Engineering Manager High Voltage Design

Description of the role:

- Project acquisition and overall project management, as well as technical supervision of projects
- Deliver projects & products to specification, on time, on cost, with pre-defined quality requirements to achieve time-to-market (TTM) and time-to-volume (TTV)
- Work with external resources such as Universities and subcontractors to ensure effective support of product development and technical research and development activities to support product roadmap
- Support to Marketing & Sales on Technical Marketing, Project quotation-bid-win
- Internal and External Customer presentations and project reviews
- Team leadership: recruitment, training and education of the engineers within the team ensuring a productive environment which adheres to the quality management system
- Development and Maintenance of technical capability, ensuring efficient reuse of IP
- Technical interfacing to customers and subcontractors, including approval of technical project documents

As the ideal candidate you will:

- have a degree or Diploma in Engineering
- have a minumum 5 years professional experience in silicon design
- have a proven track record of managing development projects to successful completion
- have good team leadership and organisation abilities
- have experience in design and implementation of High Voltage orpower management IC design
