HDL Design Engineer
Based in High Wycombe
Rate: £40 - £45p/h
Duration: Initial 6 months
Key Skills: FPGA, Xilinx, Modelsim, VHDL, Verilog, High Speed Interfaces, Hardware Failure Analysis.
A leading multinational working at the cutting edge within electronics is looking to recruit a number of engineers into their electronics teams based in the U.K. This is a result of a number of successful bids with projects now started.
Within this position you'll be working as an HDL Design Engineer focusing on FPGA design and development. You'll be working in an environment where high speed memory interfaces will be a key component in the designing process.
Essential Skills:
FPGA (Xilinx)
Modelsim
VHDL
Verilog Simulation
Desirable Skills:
PCIe, PCIx, sRIO, sFPDP
Understanding of Hardware Failure Analysis
Advanced VHDL
This position will be an initial 6 month contract with the potential for extensions after the initial period. You'll be working in a leading role within advanced VHDL/FPGAs development.
