My client are a leading utilities service and maintenance company specialising in High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) construction and engineering projects in the UK. Due to continued growth they require a Senior Authorised Person (SAP) - Electrical, 11kV to take responsibility for HV electrical projects from 11kV - 132kV mains works. This role is based in the Manchester area and commutable from Chester, Manchester, Huddersfield, Blackburn, Preston, Liverpool, Warrington and Sheffield, paying from£38k-£46k dependent on experience.
The Senior Authorised Person (SAP) - Electrical, 11kV will carry out HV and LV switching on 11kV to 132kV electrical maintenance projects as required, project management activities, quotations and reports while maintaining good relationships with customers and identifying potential new business opportunities.
The requirements for the Senior Authorised Person (SAP) - Electrical, 11kV include;
Qualified to Senior Authorised Person level
Previous project experience on 11kV, 33kV or 132kV electrical mains works
Good understanding of High Voltage safety rules
