A unique opportunity has arisen in Spain for a Mixed Signal IC Designer with a well-funded, fabless Semiconductor company developing state-of-the-art of digital communications technology.
Based in the city of Madrid, our client is developing niche, desirable products which are set for launch at the end of the year, and thus is seeking an Analog IC Design Engineer to join their experienced IC design team. In this role you will be responsible for the specification of different Analog/Mixed Signal blocks (high-speed ADC, DAC, PLL). You will be responsible of the design of blocks for the analog subsystem and will perform the integration of the complete analog subsystem to be used in complex mixed-signal design with integrated digital logic.
Required:
*Strong background designing full-custom analog IP blocks in CMOS technology, as well as experience with Analog/Mixed Signal IC design/backend tools.
*Experience in delivering successful design in silicon including product definition, characterization, qualification and productisation.
*Experience in designing low voltage and Mixed Signal circuit blocks including ADCs, DACs and PLLs, linear and switching regulators and variable gain amplifiers.
*Experience in deep sub-micron backend process of Mixed/Signal silicon and ideally experience in 65nm process node.
*Knowledge of Analog IC Layout techniques.
