Our client now requires a Senior IC Product Engineer to be responsible for the development and release of new IC devices. The role will involve monitoring yield enhancement and cost reduction programs. Leading process transfer activities will be part of the role as well as coordinating failure analysis. Supporting quality and product teams within the company will be an important part of the role.
Required skills for the Product Engineer include;
-Strong semiconductor product knowledge
-Failure Analysis experience
-Process and packaging knowledge desirable
-Excellent communication skills
-BSc in Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualifications
