Our client is a world leader in the development and manufacture of Test and measurement equipment for the Wireless Telecommunications Industry. Our client is looking to expand their RF LTE customer support team.
In this position you will deliver high quality 1st line technical support to customers responding to a variety of customer issues and queries. You will be working alongside the 2nd line customer support team as well as travelling to customer sites.
- 1-2 Years customer support
- 3 Years Experience on Radio and Communications Equipment
- RF Measurement Experience
- RF Test Equipment and Debug
- HW/ SW Interface
- SW Development Background
