Semiconductor company based in Edinburgh seeks Analog (Analogue)/Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer. Responsible for the design of complex high performance Analog ICs for consumer applications.
Key Skils: Audio circuit design, ADC/DAC design, Delta-Sigma designs, Switched Capacitor circuits, Operational amplifier design, Low power design techniques Switching power supplies.

This is an opportunity for an Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer to be responsible for the design of complex high performance Analog ICs for consumer applications. Responsibilities will include ownership of the Analogue block top level architecture and implementation, simulation and layout. Contributing to product definition, prototype evaluation, test development & product release as well as technically mentoring less senior engineers.

The successful candidate will have proven Analog/Mixed Signal Design experience and expertise in at LEAST one of the following areas: audio circuit design, ADC/DAC design, transistor level design, Sigma Delta designs, switched capacitor circuits, layout techniques, operational amplifier design, low power design techniques and Switching power supplies.

Good communication skills are essential along with strong attention to detail, creative thinking and the ability to work to tight and variable time scales.
