A Software Development Manager with great hands on embedded software and C is required by this multi national developer of Smartcard Technology to be based at their European R&D Centre in Hamburg.
A dynamic Software Manager is sought to run a team of highly technical Software Engineers tasked with developing the next generation of embedded secure transaction software within this world leading organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring complex software tasks are delivered to the correct quality levels, for delivering innovative fully integrated software solutions and for managing all issues in and around your team.
You will have a great technical background with in depth knowledge of developing embedded C software, be used to leading teams of highly technical Engineers, be happy working in an Agile environment and be confident in your ability to manage multi location based teams. You must be fluent in English and although some capability in German will be an advantage it is not mandatory.
