Our client now requires an IC Product Engineer to be responsible for being the key interface between engineering and production teams. Monitoring yield as well as driving continuous improvement programs will be required. Carrying out failure analysis of devices will be a requirement of the role.
Required skills for the Characterization Engineer include;
-Strong semiconductor product knowledge
-Failure Analysis experience
-Process and packaging knowledge desirable
-Excellent communication skills
-HND in Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualifications
