Our client is a world leader in the design development and manufacture of Test and Measurement equipment to the wireless telecommunications industry. Our client is looking to expand its cutomer support team with a dynamic and capable 2nd Line Customer Support Engineer.
This role will require the individual to have excellent interpersonal skills, dealing with customers to assess issues and negotiate problems. You will be responsible for investigating issues raised by customers and working with a the development team to solve complex problems. You will also be required to visit customers on site and may require frequent travel.
This role will require the following:
- Science or Engineering degree
- GSM, GPRS, 3G LTE Protocol experience
- Software Programming experience
- Customer Awareness
- Willingness to Travel
