Software Project management vacancy with our client, a market leading Semiconductor company, based from their office in Austria - Software, project Management, project manager, semiconductors, IC, embedded, Austria.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for Project Planning and the Coordination of embedded Software Projects, in close collaboration with the IC design Projects.
Duties will include :
- Responsibility for project budget, resources and schedule
- Translate business requirements and close cooperation with Product Management
- Definition of proper project staffing and align with the resource manager(s)
- Execution of the development project according existing process manuals and the project plan (project milestones)
- Coordination of Release testing, unit Testing, component testing ensuring high product quality
- Achieve complex project goals by effectively applying necessary expertise/resources
- Influence decisions by taking into consideration global concerns across projects/organizations
- Lead multi-site and multi-discipline teams to successful project completion
Candidates will be educated to degree level and have the following experience:
- Familiar with the complexity of international organizations
- Experience as project manager with complex projects
- Preferred: Background within Semiconductors industry or embedded software development
- Able to coordinate external suppliers
