Principal RF Design Engineer - Power Amplifiers - Contract - Sweden
A market leader in the mobile telecommunications industry is currently recruiting for an experienced RF development engineer with good knowledge of power amplifier modules for a 9 month contract based in Sweden
You will join a multi-discipline team developing PA's, RF switches, front end modules for the cellular handset markets.
You will have the responsibility to participate in all phases of product development including transistor level circuit design, MCM design and systems integration
Candidate Profile
- Strong background in RF power amplifier development and RF switches supporting multi-chip module design including filtering
- Strong understanding of RF concepts such as impedance matching, impedance transformation, distributed systems, passive RLC and resonant circuits, noise, linearity, bandwidth and stability.
- Good understanding of RF systems and familiarity with cellular standards and test requirements
- Solid RF lab skills in debug and product characterization.
