My client is seeking a number of key individuals to define a new generation of embedded non-volatile memory architectures for implementation in very advanced technology nodes - NVM, non volatile memory design, architect, analog, analogue, engineer, team leader, Location : Germany.

Opportunities exist for very experienced NVM experts, including analog design engineers/architects within this field, to join and support the development of this new team. Design engineers will be expected to contribute in all aspects of circuit design/optimisation, verification through to characterisation, while architects will focus on architectural concept, providing support to the design team. Previous team leadership experience will be beneficial to support team growth.
