9.Responsibility for reviewing suitability of project deliverables

Educations and Skills:
1.Degree / HND in electronic or software discipline or equivalent
2.Extensive experience in embedded software and microprocessor system development
3.Ideally - Involvement in at least one full product development cycle
4.Worked within industrial product development environment.
5.Technical Skills & Specific Knowledge for the role required 8 and 16 bit Microprocessor system design and development C Language for embedded systems
6.Knowledge of software development tools
7.Requirements capture and tracking
8.UML Graphical Design
9.Configuration management
10.Static and Dynamic code analysis
Knowledge of any of the following would be an advantage:
1.Embedded RTOSs
2.PC Software development (Visual C, C#, LabVIEW, Labwindows)
3.Communication protocols (RS485, Industrial Fieldbuses, Ethernet)
4.DSP algorithms (FFT, PID, FIR & IIR Filters)
5.IEC61508 Functional Safety Standard
6.Process improvement
